A decade at the intersection of technology, education, and enterprise
Founded in 2013, FocusHub is a business and technology innovation hub designed to build and support sustainable business models that address development challenges in Africa and globally.
Over the past decade, FocusHub has worked at the intersection of technology, education, innovation, and enterprise development — supporting skills development, knowledge creation, and innovation-driven growth. Our work is grounded in practical implementation, collaboration, and long-term impact.
Today, FocusHub continues this mission by deepening its focus on digital skills, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies, ensuring individuals and institutions are equipped to respond to evolving technological and economic realities.
FocusHub began with a clear regional purpose: fostering technology innovation and entrepreneurship in Nigeria's Niger Delta. From an early base in Port Harcourt, it ran incubation programs, ICT-for-women initiatives, and community events that helped seed the South-South tech ecosystem. That same commitment — developing the entrepreneur alongside the business — now drives a broader, Africa-wide mission.
